Shinji Yamamoto is head of the Capital Markets Group in Asia for Aon Securities. Shinji has led multiple ILS transactions in Japan including catastrophe bonds, natural catastrophe derivatives, and collateralized reinsurance transactions for both Japanese earthquake and typhoon events. Prior to joining Aon Securities in 2009, Shinji worked for J.P. Morgan and Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation.

Shinji received a B.A. from Kobe University and a M.A. in Engineering from Kyoto University.
